How to cook

Steam Frozen

Cook time: - 6 min.

Place required amount into steamer basket over boiling water.

Bring back to the boil and steam for 6 minutes (do not let the pan boil dry).

Remove from steam basket and serve.


Microwave Frozen

Cat E Cook time: - 5 min.

Based on Approx. 200g

Remove required amount from packaging.

Place into a microwaveable dish.

Cover with film and pierce several times.

Cook for 2 minutes. Stir, cook for a further 3 minutes.

Drain and serve.


Hob Frozen

Cook time: - 5 min.

Place required amount into a pan and cover with boiling water.

Bring back to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes until tender.

Drain well and serve.

If using chilled, once cooked allow to cool, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
