How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Defrost in a refrigerator for 48 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Oven Defrost
Fan 150°C
Cook Time
- 2 hr. 10 min.
Gas 4
Remove outer packaging leaving in paper wrap.
Place in a roasting tin near the middle of the oven.
1 hour into cooking time, carefully open paper wrap, baste, return to oven for a further 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Stand for 30 minutes before carving.
