How to cook
Oven Frozen
Fan 160°C
Cook Time
1 hr. 15 min. - 2 hr. 5 min.
Gas 4
Based on a whole pack.
Pre-heat oven Fan 160°C/Gas 4.
Remove outer packaging and film lid.
Cover loosely with foil.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.
Rare/Medium: 1 hour, Well done: 1 hour 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven.
Remove foil, baste and drain juices.
Drizzle 1 tbsp of oil on top of the joint.
Return to the oven for a further 15 minutes for rare, 25 minutes for medium and 45 minutes for well done.
Allow joint to rest for 10 minutes, thinly carve the joint before serving.
Defrost
in a refrigerator

Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
