How to cook
Pan Fry Chilled
Cook time:
- 9 min.
Remove from packaging, allow to stand for 20 minutes.
Lightly season each side of the steak and rub with a little oil.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a high heat.
Add to the pan, fry for Rare 2 minutes each side, Medium 3 minutes each side, Well done 4 minutes each side.
Reduce heat if necessary. Stand for 5 minutes before serving.

OK its not melt in your mouth but not rubbery and tough either, it is just so good tasty juicy and for the price its fabulous, is a regular buy for me .

I’ve eaten shin of beef that’s more tender than this so called sirloin. Must be sirloin of old knackered milk cow !

I'm a fussy steak lover from Oz - and this is really a bargain. Sirloin steaks are excellent. I prefer to defrost mine then grill - have a couple of these weekly. Wonderful !!!

Just how a Beef Sirloin Steak should taste. Best to season it first, then cook in the oven on a tray for the best results.

Well I am stunned !! I have just enjoyed the most delicious, tasty, wonderful Sirloin steak that I've eaten for a very long time. Not sure why things have become so dreary with steak all over the board with different supermarkets but to get a good steak!! Difficult. Just had an Iceland delivery, excellent staff drop bags at my door, fancied a steak, and amazing it was. Please stay with this supplier Iceland, this is the best!! Seriously !!
