Very disappointing.Half of the joint was fat and grissel and the meat was tough even though cooked medium rare. I don't believe this was beef sirloin. Don't touch it! If I could, I would give zero stars. Pity, because Iceland food is normally excellent quality and value but definitely not this. Don't waste your money!

At least 1/3 of the joint was fat, must of had a bad one. Meat itself was nice just a shame how much fat and grissel was in the joint I had.

Have ordered a few times I usually cut off a couple slices has steaks then freeze the rest for a lunch slow cooked and it’s so tender it falls apart and tastes good just enough fat on the top I haven’t had a bad joint yet only negative is that the photo makes the beef joint look bigger than the size that they send needs a realistic photo .will be purchasing again due to quality of meat

Lovely joint - sliced while hot for sandwiches - just gorgeous

Very tasty, agree with other reviews that this has more flavour than other joints, must be the cut of meat

It is the most tender and tastiest joint I’ve had in a long time. Beautiful. Well priced and a good size and weight.

Very nice joint of beef. Nice cut, very tender, fat gave it flavour. Will be buying again!

Tasty joint of beef. Buy sirloin steaks so had this as a change & didn't disappoint.

First one I bought was lovely and I told family/friends who shop here. The second was awful, had lots of gristle/connective tissue, little fat on top and was very tough. Had to put rest in food processor for a cottage pie. Ruined a Sunday dinner.

This beef joint has been excellent each time I’ve been able to order it. OK, it’s not the topmost quality, but for 12 quid a kilo you should expect to have a bit more fat than on a more expensive steak. You will pay twice this amount in any other supermarket. I can cut steaks, (personally I trim them and batten them out to minute steaks,) use it in stroganoff, roast it whole. On one occasion I had to cut out the central piece of gristle going through the ‘back’ of the joint, but I repeat, at this price it’s no hardship. Flavour is good, too.
