Cooked for an hour in the pressure cooker. Delicious, the meat fell apart. Will be buying again.

Slow cooked this for our Sunday roast, meat was thoroughly enjoyed by all the family. Will be back for more :)

This joint was good value for money. Followed cooking instruction and it was nice. Heated up second night in gravy, lovely.

After all the bad press i got out of bed early and took the joint out of the fridge to warm up. about an hour later I seared the meat and put in the oven at 240C for 25 mins, then 45 mins at 190C, rested for 30 in foil. SO! Not as pink as i was hoping but still juicy and flavoursome, no bad odour or colour as reported. Tough, a little but I never imagined it would be supper tender - come on, its a fiver for half a cow! Perfectly edible, I think it could have been much better if slow cooked, we all know cheaper joints of meat are, but as a test/trial in aid of my fellow consumers I cooked it quick - as you would do with a much more expensive joint such as a million pound roasting sirloin ('bone in' obviously). Still pleased with results, I would defo buy again. Perhaps some have been unlucky, or have unrealistic expectations, but I cooked it and it turned out fine. I'll be slicing into portions for the freezer, I've always been a bit of a food snob but I'm so impressed with my local Iceland and the company has obvioulsy moved on from its infancy. The range of food availiable is very good and not what I'd expected, thier green credentials are aspirational and market leading in my opinion.

Awful did this in the slow cooker as I always do all my beef. Was tough and hard to chew. Worst piece of beef I've ever had. A lot of money for rubbish meat. After a few pieces I gave up and gave it the dogs like eating rubber

Good flavour. Family all liked it. Will buy again

Cooked 2 different ways as the first cook was done for 5 hours and was tough so tried it in the slow cooker for another few hours in gravy and it was just inedible no matter what we did so was a waste of money really. Wouldn’t but ever again.

Having failed to discover which cut this meat was I decided to take a chance and cook using my slow cooker. Result. AWFUL TOOTH BREAKING INEDIBLE . Wastecof money . Iceland , dont use this supplier , you will lise business ..better yet , claim a refund . I wish I had .

Cooked in slow cooker. Lovely piece of meat . No a bit of fat on it. Cooled and sliced and it was delicious, family loved it. Do not think it would be so tender done in the oven x

Really fresh and tasty beef joint
