Cooked this meat for New Years Day, and it was absolutely inedible. The meat was completely full of gristle and sinews, really difficult to carve and impossible to eat. So disgusting we wouldn't risk feeding any to our dog. Bottom of the class on this one Iceland!

Half of this was inedible due to gristle and sinew - Complete waste of money - Very very poor quality!

I bought this for Christmas dinner and it was the most disgusting piece of beef that I have ever tried to cook it was impossible to cook this as it had a huge lump of gristle in the cente with a small amount of red meat wrapped round the gristle I threw the whole lot in the bin as the part that was cooked was so tough you couldn't even slice it so we had a vegetarian Christmas lunch

Sadly this joint is as tough as old boots .It was full of sinew and literally no one could eat it fully . It had a lovely flavour but heck jaw ache didn’t come into it .but this was very poor quality . Even trying to reheat some slices in a sauce to see if it could be made edible . Probably the most disappointing joint I have had in a very long time . Save your money .

This is not a roasting joint. treat it like the cheapest brisket joint on the market

What looked like a nice beef joint turned into slices of hard, full of gristle & inedible cooked meat - this was despite being cooked long & slow. Will not be buying this again.

Tough as old boots. Needs to be in a casserole and slowly cooked. Certainly not my idea of a roasting joint.

Do not buy this beef, worst cut of meat ever. I cooked it to medium rare and I could not cut it with I knife. Each bite took 2 minutes to chew. I cut it into small pieces and fed it to the dog.

Despite other reviews on here, my piece of beef was lovely. Followed the cooking instructions, meat slightly pink & it was nice

I have to say this was a lovely big bit of beef. I cooked mine in the slow cooker for 8 hours on high and it was lovely and just broke apart when I lifted it out. All the family really enjoyed it there was nothing left.
