How to cook
Pan Fry Chilled
Pre-heat a little oil (optional) in a frying pan over a medium to high heat.
Place the required amount of mince into the frying pan.
Fry turning gently until the meat has turned brown and no pink colour remains.
Drain off any excess liquid and continue with selected recipe.
