How to cook
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook Time
- 1 hr.
Gas 6
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove from all packaging.
Decant into an ovenproof dish, cover loosely with foil.
Place near the middle of the oven.
50 minutes into cooking time, remove the foil and pull apart the pork with 2 forks, mix with sauce.
Re-cover with foil, cook for a further 10 minutes.
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
- 24 hr.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
