Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove from outer packaging, place sauce sachet to one side.

Decant into an ovenproof dish and cover with a lid or foil.

Cook near the middle of the oven for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven, drain cooking juices and pull with 2 forks.

Add sauce and mix well, return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.

CAUTION TAKE CARE WHEN REMOVING TRAY FROM OVEN AS JUICES WILL BE VERY HOT.

Remove from outer packaging, place sauce sachet to one side.

Pierce pouch several times and place into a microwavable dish.

Cook for 4 minutes and 30 seconds.

Stand for 1 minute.

Drain cooking juices and pull with 2 forks.

Open sauce sachet and add to the pulled pork.

Return to the microwave to heat for a further 30 seconds.

TAKE CARE WHEN OPENING THIS PRODUCT AS THERE MAY BE A BUILD UP OF STEAM!
