Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.

Remove hash browns and omelette place to one side.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.

10 minutes into cooking time, add hash browns directly on a baking tray and omelette back into the meal tray, replace film lid, return to oven for Fan 30 minutes/Gas 35 minutes.

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.

Place on a microwaveable plate.

Cook for 5 minutes.

Stir beans and turn sausages, cook for a further 4 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute before serving.
