How to cook

BBQ Chilled

Cook on the barbeque, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and no pink colour remains.


Grill Chilled

Medium Heat Cook time: 10 min. - 12 min.

Remove required amount from packaging, carefully separate.

Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.

Grill for 10-12 minutes.

Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.


Oven Chilled

Fan 170°C Cook time: 18 min. - 20 min.

Gas 5

Remove required amount from packaging.

Place on a baking tray near middle of the oven for 18-20 minutes.

Turn half way through cooking time.


Pan Fry Chilled

Cook time: 8 min. - 10 min.

Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan

Remove from packaging.

Fry over a low to medium heat for 8-10 minutes.

Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.

Pork (65%), Water, Rice Flour, Gram Flour, Salt, Potato Starch, Spices (Ground Black Pepper, Ground White Pepper, Paprika Powder), Cornflour, Stabiliser: Triphosphates; Parsley, Preservative: Sodium Sulphite; Emulsifier: Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids; Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid; Dextrose, Rapeseed Oil. Filled into Pork Collagen Casing (Pork Collagen, Water, Sunflower Oil).

I think these sausages are definitely not a Cumberland sausage! Cumberland sausages should be of higher meat content about 85% and very coarsely chopped and way more pepper

I like Them. They are very decent sausages and have a good taste. They cook well and retain their size. Very nice.

I used to love the sausages they were a good price and good quality for 12 then they cut them down to 10 now 8 they've also low cut down the pork in them down to 65%.they where originally it was 80% then it's gone down to 72% what is going on do they think people are stupid and don't know what they're eating stop changing your products

Packed full of flavour, the best Cumberland sausages I’ve eaten! I will definitely be recommending to family & friends. :)

Cooked in oven, turned them once. Very meaty and the dish stayed clean.. So good I have bought them again.

Not a lot of meat in these sausages. Very tough skin.

Really tasty, cooked in the oven,very little fat came out, no nicely spiced but not overpowering.
