Absolutely gorgeous. No bones or skin, just moist chunky meat and does not smell at all fishy when cooking. It has a subtle taste so works really well with lots of receipes, my favourite being panfried with a bhuna sauce and coconut rice but also excellet in the oven with a cheese sauce or just lime, a touch of sugar and pepper. High in protein, low in calories and very filling. If you purchase 3 packs for £10, that works out to 21 fillets so only a £1 a meal if you have 2 fillets which i find more than enough. Well done iceland, please dont change supplier or discontinue.

Lovely fresh flavour absolutely delicious

This is a lovely meaty fish. I tried it for the very first time and had it on a bed of Mediterranean veg. Beautiful. Good value and an excellent meal.

Great quality and very good price for the quantity. 5 starts

Firm, meaty, we enjoyed in a curry

Good product , good price,

I was introduced to these by my parents and I always have to keep some in the freezer. Excellent dusted in flour and pan fried or for fish cakes perfect for a mid week meal. Fish is firm and fresh and not fishy, waterlogged and cotttony as other frozen fish.

Clean frozen fish in useful portion sizes.

Great flavour fish and all. Frozen separated

My dog really likes them!
