How to cook

BBQ Defrost

Cook on the barbeque, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked and piping hot.

Place unopened sauce sachet in a bowl of boiling water, pour over the sausages to serve.


Defrost

in a refrigerator Cook time: - 8 hr.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 8 hours.

Once defrosted, use immediately.


Oven Defrost

Fan 170°C Cook time: 20 min. - 25 min.

Gas 5

Remove outer packaging and film lid, place unopened glaze sachet in a bowl of boiling water.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Turn half way through cooking time.

Drain off any cooking juices and evenly pour the sachet over the sausages to serve.
