How to cook
Grill Chilled
Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.
Remove required amount from packaging, carefully separate.
Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.
Grill for 15 minutes.
Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.
Oven Chilled
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place on a baking tray with raised edges near the middle of the oven for 25 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time.

Pork (90%), Potato Starch, Water, Salt, Dextrose, Emulsifier: Diphosphates; White Pepper, Nutmeg, Chilli Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Ground Black Pepper, Cracked Black Pepper, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite; Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid; Sage, Marjoram. Filled into a natural Pork Casing.

Storage information
KEEP REFRIGERATED. Once opened, keep in a refrigerator and use within 2 days and date indicated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month of freezing. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume on the day of defrost. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.

Good flavoursome sausages, have ordered several times, nice when cooked in the oven, have not tried pan-fried or grilled. No fat explosions, I don't think they need to be pricked at all. Not sure why all the talk about spiciness in the other reviews, they just seem like normal sausages.

To say these sausages are spicy is an understatement. Peppery to the point of unpleasantness. Don’t get me wrong I like spice but this is too much.

Excellent nice and spicy decent meat. 10 put of 10 and I cooked them for 30 mins from frozen.. Perfect...

These are spicy as others have suggested. So, don't be surprised. This is what a proper Cumberland sausage should taste like.

These sausages are fantastic. Well seasoned meat, barely any gristle (that we found anyway), plump up in the oven with no fat or water leaching out..... For any one who wasn't so impressed - bake them in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil for 40 mins as opposed to the advised 25 (as if any sausage would come out anything other than pink and flabby after only 25 mins cooking - frying or baking) and you'll be rewarded with a great sausage

Looking forward to these good colour little or no fat but very very spicy according to the description various peppers and some chilli far to much could not eat them and unfortunately because of the chilli even the dog missed out oh dear

Contrary to some of the other reviews, we loved these. Tasted really meaty and much less fatty than most Cumberland sausages. Yes, skin is quite thick and they have a spicy 'kicks but neither too much. Overall a very satisfying meal.
