I bought these a few times. Often comes bruised. Bad quality or poor packing!

Really poor quality 2 of the apples had deep cuts, that had gone bad, they went straight in the bin.

Never had a problem with these apples. They arrive fresh. Nice crunch when you bite into them. Great to eat on their own or when whizzed up to make smoothies.

These were unlike any Gala variety apple I have ever had. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that they have been mis-named. They were dark red with tough skins - more like an American red apple variety visually.More to the point though, several were brown , sponge-like and completely rotten inside. I love Gala apples and I've ordered again this week just to see if I get the authentic variety which is also in good condition. Watch this space for an update!
