How to cook

Oven Frozen

Fan Oven 180ºC Cook time: 25 min. - 30 min.

Gas 6 Cook time: 25 min. - 30 min.

For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.

Pre-heat oven.

Remove required amount from all packaging.

Wrap each loosely in foil.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for time stated.


Microwave Frozen

Cat E 800w Cook time: 2 min. 30 sec.

Based on 1 fillet

Remove outer packaging, pierce pouch several times.

Place onto a microwaveable plate.

Cook for time stated.

Stand for 1 minute before serving.


Hob Frozen

(approx) Cook time: 15 min.

Based on 1 or 2 fillets

Remove outer packaging.

Place unopened bag(s) into a large pan of boiling water.

Bring back to the boil and simmer (Do not let the pan boil dry).

Good value for money, great taste, easy to cook

Tried these and was so disappointed. Weren’t even a pink colour?! Had a weird texture. Disgusting!

Season, fry in olive oil at high temperature 2 mins per side, good squeeze of lemon... Delicious and healthy. Don't overcook.

Easy to cook from frozen, just rinse, salt, pepper, lemon slices and steam fry, delicious hot and cold.

These fillets are really lovely. Have no idea why the only other review states that they are 'horrid' - they are far from it. I will definitely buy again.

Real shame. tasted nothing like Salmon. Couldn't eat it all, even the cats refused it. MASSIVE Iceland fan but these are horrid.
