How to cook

Defrost

in a refrigerator Cook time: - 12 hr.

Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.


Pan Fry Defrost

Cook time: 6 min. - 8 min.

Pre-heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan.

Add the fillets to the pan, cook on a medium to high heat for 6-8 minutes.

Turn half way through cooking time.

Reduce heat if necessary.


Poach Defrost

Cook time: 4 min. - 5 min.

Place enough water or milk in a saucepan to cover the fillets and bring to the boil.

Once boiled place the fillets into the pan and reduce to a simmer.

Simmer gently for 4-5 minutes.


Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C Cook time: 20 min. - 25 min.

Gas 6

Remove required amount from packaging.

Wrap loosely in foil.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.

A great product, prefer it to the haddock

Like iit and it is a nice fish 🐟 to eat

This product I purchase on every shop I do at Iceland, it is my families favourite meal to have the fish is tastey and nice chunky sizes.

Good quality fish, taste nice.

I mistakenly thought they were smoked Haddock, however, the fish tasted decent.
