How to cook
Defrost
Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover with film.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Oven Frozen
Remove required amount from packaging.
Wrap fillets loosely in foil.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 32-34 minutes.
Poach Defrost
Place into a pan.
Add water or milk to just cover fillets.
Bring to the boil.
Simmer gently for 13-15 minutes,(Do not boil or let the pan boil dry).
Poach Frozen
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place into a pan.
Add water or milk to just cover fillets.
Bring to the boil. Simmer gently for 18-20 minutes, (Do not boil or let the pan boil dry).
