How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
- 12 hr.
Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Pan Fry Defrost
Cook Time
- 6 min.
Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Rinse under a cold tap and pat dry.
Place skin side down and fry over a medium to high heat for 4 minutes.
Turn, fry for a further 2 minutes.
Reduce heat if necessary.
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook Time
26 min. - 30 min.
Gas 7
Based on 2 fillets.
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 7.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Wrap loosely in foil, skin side down.
Optional: brush with a little oil and season.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 26-30 minutes.
TAKE CARE WHEN OPENING THIS PRODUCT AS THERE MAY BE A BUILD UP OF STEAM!
