How to cook
Defrost
Remove required amount from packaging, place on a plate and cover with cling film.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
Once defrosted use on day of defrost.
Pan Fry Defrost
After defrosting, rinse the fish under a cold tap and pat dry.
Preheat a little oil in a frying pan.
Place skin side down and gently fry over a medium heat for 4 minutes.
Gently turn over, fry for a further 1 minute, reduce heat if necessary.
Oven Frozen
Remove required amount from packaging.
Wrap fillet(s) loosely in foil skin side down (optional: brush with a little oil).
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 16-18 minutes.

good sized fillets with good taste however marked doen cause full of scales not cleaned properly and hard to do so after without damaging the fillets since trout is sort a slimy fish
