Remove required amount from packaging.

Place on a baking tray with raised edges near the middle of the oven for 19 minutes.

CAUTION FILLING MAY BE HOT!

Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover.

Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
