How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
- 12 hr.
Per Fillet
Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
Drain before cooking.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
Pan Fry Defrost
Cook Time
8 min. - 9 min.
Per Fillet
Pre-heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan.
Pat fillet dry and place into the pan.
Fry over a medium heat for 8-9 minutes.
Turn halfway through cooking time.
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook Time
34 min. - 38 min.
Gas 6
Per Fillet
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Brush fillet with oil and wrap loosely in foil.
Place on a baking tray near middle of the oven for 34-38 minutes.
TAKE CARE WHEN OPENING THIS PRODUCT AS THERE MAY BE A BUILD UP OF STEAM!
