How to cook
Defrost
Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate and cover with cling film.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Pan Fry Defrost
Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Place skin side down in the pan and fry over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
Turn three quarters through cooking time.
Oven Frozen
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place skin side down, wrap the fillet loosely in foil (optional: brush with a little oil).
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Staple product in our freezer and perfect for healthy mid week dinners! Great value for money, we take ours out the freezer in a morning to defrost and pan fry in the evening - usually have it with stir fry/noodles - can't go wrong!

My family enjoyed the salmon fillets baked. Tasted fine and couldn't find anything to complain about. Would consider buying again.

I rarely leave comments but i logged in to warn about this product. Its very thin, every piece is mushy, and when you eat it, it leaves you a smell and taste of cod liver oil. When i defrosted it, lots of water was coming out of the packet. Unfortunately all pieces are like that, Horrible product and I bought 2 bags.

Awful, worst wild salmon I have had.... When defrosted one has to literally pour out the water, then left with soaking wet, very thin, falling apart (only the skin holds it together) fillets. Each fillet too small for one person. . . So thin that when cooked they are dry and furthermore they are tasteless; will never buy these again!
