Nice and spicy, I wouldn't say they were really hot like some have said, but definitely not BBQ as stated on the pack, just fry them in the pan for 2 mins on each side and they come out lovely and tender. will def buy again.

This product is not really BBQ it is more 'fiery hot spice' the taste is too spicy and whole meal including noodles touched by them were 'binned' mouth still throbbing. Should be a warning. We eat curries and chillies but this was painful.

These are hot and spicy pork, not bbq. Not terrible, but not what we wanted either!
Submitted by Kathleen ROWLING on 5/8/2020
These were advertised as BBQ flavour all I could taste was hot hot 🔥 and no other flavour this spoilt what could have been a nice meal and to not put any mention of them being really hot and spicy on the packaging to me seemed a false description will not buy them ever again sorry Iceland your food is usually on top form but not this time 😢😢😢

Can I join in this mini-war on spicey food? Let's not exaggerate, The description should include 'spicey' for people who like delicately flavoured food. At the same time lets not ignore those of us who love more than a bit of spice in our food (and our life) These hit the mark. Someone mentioned Vindaloo - known to kill any germs in its path - Hank

it was surposed to be bbq pork steaks but they was several different hot pepper spices in it. it was nothing like bbq and so hot and spicey plus there was some fat and gristlely bits in it. i hate to waste food but i threw it all in the bin. i advisde anyone to check the ingredients before they buy.

An honest review... I've read the previous reviews saying how spicey they are and I agree that they should have a 2/3 chilli rating. They do have a bit of a kick but if you can handle the olde school Amotic Vindaloo this will be a mild tingle. How reviews say they can handle spice and these were too hot is ridiculous. I tried some on my 6yr old and 11yr old and they said they were hot but they could have another. Yes they need a chilli rating but no where need as hot other reviews have stated. The pork was tender and lean. Well done Iceland. PS bring back the ATOMIC Vindaloo!
