Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook time:

Defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Pan Fry Defrost
Cook time:
- 3 min.
Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Fry over high heat for 3 minutes.
Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary

these are hotter than I expected for a BBQ product. Having said that, they are nice and tender and easy to chew. I will buy these again.
