How to cook

Pan Fry Chilled

Cook time: 4 min. - 8 min.

Remove from all packaging, allow to stand for 20 minutes.

Lightly season each side of the steak and rub with a little oil.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a high heat.

Add required amount to the pan.

Fry over a high heat.

Rare 2 minutes each side, Medium 3 minutes each side, Well done 4 minutes each side.

Turn every 2 minutes, reduce heat if necessary.

Stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Bargain..Love this product.

because the product deserves 5 stars

Used to love this cut, unfortunately it is now full of fat and gristle. Inedible!!

Possibly the worst steak have attempted to eat. Thick,tough and full od grissle. Wont buy this again.

Used to be lovely but now all you get is ones covered in fat/gristle and just not enjoyable at all

I had a piece delivered as thick as a doorstep which I just knew would be tough. I did not disappoint and tasteless to boot. Never again.

This is the second piece in a matter of weeks that is so full of grissel that we couldn't make a meal out of it, so had to give it the dog. Shan't buy again.

It's very nice but can be fatty

taste was exerlent realy enjoyed it with baked spud

I use this as the basis for a Steak pie. It casseroles well and produces a very tender filling for the pie. You can use shoulder I know but rump is a lot better and my experience with Iceland Beef Rump is very good.
