KEEP REFRIGERATED. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting. Once opened use within 2 days of opening and date indicated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours.

I am glad this had Jalepeno printed on packaging as otherwise I wouldn't have had a clue. These are very bland cheese and onion rolls with even less flavour - disappointing
