How to cook
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
- 12 hr.
Based on full pack
Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Pan Fry Defrost
Cook Time
- 8 min.
Based on full pack
Pre-heat 15ml of oil in a pan.
Remove from all packaging, place glaze sachet to one side.
Pat dry the steaks and place in the pan.
Fry over a medium heat for 8 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time.
Leave to stand for 1 minute.
Place unopened glaze sachet into a bowl of hot water.
Once tuna steaks are cooked, pour over and serve.
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook Time
32 min. - 35 min.
Gas 6
Based on full pack
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove from all packaging, place glaze sachet to one side.
Brush the steaks with oil and wrap loosely in foil.
Place on a baking tray in a single layer near middle of the oven for 32-35 minutes.
Place unopened glaze sachet into a bowl of hot water.
Once tuna steaks are cooked, pour over and serve.
