How to cook

Defrost

in a refrigerator

Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.

Pan Fry Defrost

Cook Time

19 min. - 21 min.


Based on a full pack

Pre-heat 15ml of oil in a pan.

Remove from all packaging, place butter pellet to one side.

Pat dry the fillets and place skin side down in the pan.

Fry over a low heat for 14-16 minutes.

Turn and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the butter to the pan for the remaining 30 seconds.

Baste the butter over the fillets.

Oven Frozen

Fan 180°C

Cook Time

- 43 min.


Gas 6

Based on a full pack

Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove from all packaging.

Place skin side down, brush with oil and wrap loosely in foil.

Place on a baking tray in a single layer near middle of the oven for 35 minutes.

Fully drain liquid and add the butter to the foil, loosely wrap and cook for a further 8 minutes.
