How to cook

Pre-heat oven Fan 200°C/Gas 7.

Remove from all packaging, place glaze sachet to one side.

Place contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish.

Separate the shanks if necessary.

Cover the dish with foil and place in the centre of the pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.

Remove the product from the oven, discard foil and drain cooking juices.

Pour the contents of the sachet evenly over the shanks and return to the oven uncovered for a further 5 minutes.

CAUTION TAKE CARE WHEN REMOVING DISH FROM OVEN AS JUICES WILL BE VERY HOT.

Remove outer packaging, place glaze sachet to one side and pierce pouch several times.

Place into a microwaveable dish.

Cook for 5 minutes.

Carefully open the pouch and drain cooking juices.

Pour the contents of the sachet over the shanks and return to the microwave to cook for a further 30 seconds.

Stand for 1 minute before serving.
