How to cook
Pan Fry Chilled
Remove required amount from packaging, allow to stand for 20 minutes.
Lightly season each side of the steak and rub with a little oil.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a high heat.
Fry over a high heat.
Rare 2 minutes each side, Medium 3 minutes each side, Well done 4 minutes each side.
Turn every 2 minutes, reduce heat if necessary.
Stand for 5 minutes before serving.

From the bad reviews I can only think people are not aware of how to fry steak. First, leave at room temp for at least 1hr; Season well with good quality rub working it well in. Fry on high heat for few seconds each side, add oil then fry on medium heat after searing the edges to seal in juices. Turn regularly to avoid burning which will remove flavour. Let rest for 2mins before serving.

Don't understand the bad reviews ? My steak was fine, fried ultra quick so still medium & was nice & tender.

Absolutely the toughest, inedible steak I have ever had. Just read other reviews and wished I had read them before purchasing, let alone trying to eat it. It went in the bin. Will not be wasting my money on Iceland rump steaks again. I give it 1 star as unable to leave a review without any, but the product doesn't rate any.

So tough it was not edible, had to throw it away. Price was good but sadly the steak was the toughest I have ever known.

Unable to eat these very tough steaks,full of gristle. Would definitely not recommend
