These seabass fillets are just lovely, defrost and fry for 3 mins in a bit of oil. You could add other ingredients following a recipe for sea bass but i like to eat them plain with a squirt of lemon. Good value when bought with the 3 for £10.

Beautiful fish simply defrosted in fridge (although cooks from frozen) patted dry with kitchen roll pan fried skin side down seasoned then served with green lentils and Iceland whole green beans and finished with chilli beurre noir fancy meal for two for just over £5.00 restaurant standard do food at fraction of cost

Beautiful fish. Cooked well in oven and kept its size. Top quality. Looking forward to trying the rest of the range.

fantastic fish,would buy again.

Absolutely delicious fish. We pan fry it skin side down first to crisp up the skin. It cooks in a matter of minutes.

This is our family's favourite out of 3 for £10 frozen fish range, delicious fish fillet that is easy to cook - 25 min in the oven covered in a foil, I only add salt, pepper, dill and a tiny pinch of oregano.

Beautiful tasting fish! Decent size fillet that cooks well. I defrosted then season and pan fried in rapeseed oil. Serve with steam basmati rice and Iceland luxury coleslaw. Delish!
