How to cook
Oven Frozen
Pre-heat oven Fan 200°C/Gas 7.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place on a pre-heated baking tray near the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.
Grill Frozen
Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.
Grill for 16 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking time, reduce heat if necessary.

20 minutes on 200 in the oven . Less if you air fry. Slightly crispy around the edges & perfect lemony tasting fish.

They are thick pieces of sole with a lovely taste. and texture. I always find them in Iceland when I want them.
