How to cook
Oven Frozen

Based on a whole pack
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove outer packaging and film lid.
Place foil tray directly onto the middle shelf of the oven for 1 hour 5 minutes.
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook Time
- 24 hr.
Based on a whole pack
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
Oven Defrost
Fan 180°C

- 45 min.
Gas 6
Based on a whole pack
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove outer packaging and film lid.
Place foil tray directly onto the middle shelf of the oven for 45 minutes.
BBQ
Based on a whole pack
Wrap exposed skewers with foil.
To ensure product is fully cooked, cook on the barbeque, turning frequently until the product is piping hot throughout.
To be sure, check before serving that the juices run clear when the product is pierced, and that no pink colour remains.
SKEWERS WILL BE VERY HOT ONCE PRODUCT IS COOKED!
