How to cook
BBQ Defrost
Wrap exposed skewers with foil.
Cook on the barbeque, turning frequently until thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and no pink colour remains.
Place unopened sauce sachet into a bowl of boiling water 5 minutes before serving, serve either drizzled over or on the side for dipping.
Defrost
in a refrigerator
Cook time:
- 24 hr.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Ensure the product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Oven Defrost
Fan 180°C
Cook time:
- 35 min.
Gas 6
Remove outer packaging and film lid, place sauce sachet to one side.
Cover loosely with foil, place on a baking tray and cook near the middle of the oven.
20 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for a further 15 minutes.
Place unopened sauce sachet into a bowl of boiling water 5 minutes before the end of cooking time.
Serve the sauce either drizzled over or on the side for dipping.
Oven Frozen
Fan 180°C
Cook time:
- 45 min.
Gas 6
Remove outer packaging and film lid, place sauce sachet to one side.
Cover loosely with foil, place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.
25 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for a further 20 minutes.
Place unopened sauce sachet into a bowl of boiling water 5 minutes before the end of cooking time.
Serve the sauce either drizzled over or on the side for dipping.

Amazing and I love that the chilli sauce is on the side and optional as its a bit spicy for me so you can add it if you want to. Decent size too 😊
