How to cook

Grill Frozen

Grill Cook time: 18 min. - 20 min.

Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat.

Remove required amount from packaging.

Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan.

Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.


Shallow Fry Frozen

Shallow Fry Cook time: 15 min. - 18 min.

Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.

Remove required amount from packaging.

Fry over a medium heat.

Turn frequently, reduce heat if necessary.


Oven Frozen

Fan 180ºC Cook time: 25 min. - 30 min.

Gas 6 Cook time: 25 min. - 30 min.

For conventional electric ovens adjust time and temperature to suit.

Pre-heat oven.

Remove required amount from packaging.

Place on a baking tray with raised edges near the middle of the oven.

Turn half way through cooking.

Good sausages and good price too and are far better than the Richmond which have so much fat in and hard bits.

They're not bad sausages for the price, but they had this weird over powering pork flavour, almost like they used chemicals to make it taste like pork. They don't list that in the ingredients so I assume that's just the rind. But for a cheap sausage they do what they're supposed to do. If you want higher quality you have to pay more!

As inexpensive sausages go these are very good, great flavour, easy to use in small portions, perfect.

Vile taste cheap and nasty sausages. Dripping with fat only ate one bite full they were that horrible

Bought these as a change to the normal ones I buy as needed something a bit cheaper. They are of poor quality, full of fat and gristle. Ended up throwing them in the bin. Wouldn't even give them to my dog.

So much fat out of these, maybe they should carry a government health warning. Update to previous review.

Didn't enjoy at all, was expecting better

Just average sausages! Nothing bad about the taste & taste meaty, but they'd be out of place in a good sausage casserole. More suited to a Saturday morning cooked breakfast. I'd say a 3 rating on the sausage + an extra one for the good value.

Always buy the Iceland thick pork sausages Irish recipe and have always been good. This last pack has been awful there is so much gristle in them I'm not sure I will want to buy them again. It really has put me off them.

They cook very well, family really enjoyed them.
