How to cook

Microwave Frozen

Cat E Cook time: - 3 min.


Based on 1 bag Remove bag from outer packaging (do not open or pierce bag).

Place on a microwaveable plate.

Cook for 3 minutes.

Stand for 1 minute.

If using chilled, once cooked allow to cool, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.

Broccoli (50%), Curly Kale (18%), Spinach (15%), Courgette (15%), Wakame (2%) (Seaweed).

I don't have a microwave, I used these bags to add into chunky soups, pasta sauces and other dishes. I find then a handy quick ingredient to add to many of my vegetarian meals. I have never used them as rice, just as added ingredient to dishes

I love this product, I add it a small amount of brown rice in order to bulk it up without adding many calories. Great way to eat healthier.

This is a great source of protein and fibre and good substitute for rice or any other carb. Great if you are watching calories yet need something to fill you up. As stated in another review - it is a bit expensive for what it is.

I found these vegetables quite indigestible. The 50% broccoli is mostly finely chopped stalk. The remaining 3 bags are destined for the compost bin.

Love this product, cooks quick, plenty in the bag and great alternative to rice. Plus Im getting greens I wouldn't eat on their own.
