How to cook
Shallow Fry From Chilled
The timings given below are a guide only, as variations between differing appliances can occur. Remove product from packaging. Black Pudding Slices: Preheat 1 dessert spoon (10ml) of oil in a frying pan. Cook slices over a medium heat for approx. 10 mins. turning occasionally. Thick Pork Sausage: Preheat 1 dessert spoon (10ml) of oil in a frying pan. Cook sausages over a medium heat for approx. 12-15 mins, turning occasionally. Pork & Beef Lorne Slices: Preheat 1 dessert spoon (10ml) of oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat for approx. 10 mins. turning occasionally. Ensure that the food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
