Oven Frozen

Based on a whole pack

Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove from all packaging, place sauce pot to one side.

Place the Chicken Tikka Chunks and Tandoori Chicken Chunks in a single layer on a baking tray near the middle of the oven and cook for 25 minutes.

10 minutes into cooking time, turn Tikka Chunks and Tandoori Chunks, add Kofta Kebabs and Mini Tandoori Sheesh Kebabs in a single layer to the same baking tray and place the tray near the middle of the oven and cook for a further 15 minutes.

Add the Chicken Shawarma Kebab Meat and Doner Kebab Meat in a single layer on a separate baking tray near the top of the oven and cook for 15 minutes.

Air Fry Frozen

Based on individual components

This product is suitable to be cooked in an air fryer.

Cook according to manufacturer's instructions.

Ensure the product is piping hot and thoroughly cooked.

Defrost

in cold water

Cook Time

Chilli & Garlic Sauce only

Place unopened sauce pots into a bowl of cold water.

Allow to defrost for 20 minutes.

Once defrosted, decant sauce into a bowl for dipping.
