How to cook

Oven frozen

Cook Time

Pre-heat oven.

Remove required number of sausages from packaging.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 25 minutes.

Turn halfway through cooking time.

Pan Fry frozen

Cook Time

18 min. - 20 min.


Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.

Place over a medium heat.

Carefully add required number of sausages.

Cook for 18-20 minutes, turning frequently and reducing the heat if necessary.

Defrost

in a refrigerator

Cook Time

- 24 hr.


Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.

Pan Fry defrost

Cook Time

15 min. - 17 min.


Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.

Place frying pan over a medium heat.

Add required amount to the pan.

Fry over a medium heat for 15-17 minutes, turning frequently and reducing the heat if necessary.
