How to cook
Barbecue From Frozen
Cook as per instructions above and finish cooking on the BBQ.
Cooking Instructions General
Remove from packaging. Always cook from frozen. All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Once cooked, check food is piping hot before serving.
Grill From Frozen
Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages under grill for 15-18 minutes, turning regularly.
Oven cook From Frozen
Pre heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Place sausages onto a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven for 17-20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
Shallow Fry From Frozen
Pre-heat 10ml of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add sausages to the pan and fry over a medium heat for 15 minutes, turning regularly.

The worst veggie sausages I’ve ever tried, the taste is disgusting! I’ve cooked them various ways and they still don’t taste nice. My boyfriend described the filling as looking like dust. Don’t recommend them at all!

We tried these 'Good Life Mighty Non-Meaty Sausages' and were most disappointed with them. They reminded us of the dried stuffing packet mixes and so were certainly overpriced. When cooked, they didn't look particularly appetising and every one had burst open. If a person was looking to swap meat for a vegetarian dies then these would probably put them off for good. Anyone wanting to try to go meat free would be much better of trying the 'Richmond 8 Thick Frozen Meat Free Sausages' In these days of high fuel costs and greater consciousness of wasting resources - the trend of 'cook in oven' seems a ridiculous waste of energy when it is quicker to grill or fry.

Really nice and tasty. A little bit soft but better than most meat free susages and healthier as most have high salt content.

I love vegetarian products but these are disgusting horrible flavour and are like mush when cooked I've tasted better for less money

These are inedible. I love veggie sausages and wanted to try these. The ingredients are a mix of unblended and huge chunks. Wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. Binned it.

nice flavour - fried them in olive oil until they were firm and brown - much nicer than oven cooked or grilled. and added chopped leeks to pan only after sausages were thoroughly cooked.

I didn't like them. The insides were uncooked after 20 mins and the taste was non descipt. Won't buy again.

If you want a change from a fake meat sausage, give these a try! They are great in casserole.

Strong, herb and mushroom flavour. If cooked in the oven they need a few minutes under the grill afterwards to brown. A tasty variation on the standard veg sausage.

Absolutely awful. Very bland and squishy. I usually love veggie sausages but these went straight in the bin!
