Inspired by her kitchen and Campania's famous sweet tomatoes and milky buffalo mozzarella

Made to the recipe my Nonna Flora taught me, this classic Neapolitan pizza takes me straight back to her kitchen, where I first fell in love with cooking real Italian food. Wood-fired sourdough pizza hand topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella pearls from buffalo milk and sweet cherry tomatoes. Simply Fantastico!

I grew up in Naples, the birthplace of the iconic pizza. As a young boy I learned the art of making pizza from my grandmother, Nonna Flora. 30 years on, using the same methods and ingredients, I am proud to have created a range of pizzas, all made in Italy for you to enjoy at home just like my family do......Buon Appetito

How to cook

Oven Frozen

Fan 200°C Cook time: - 15 min.

Gas 6

Pre-heat for 10 minutes.

Remove my pizza from all packaging and place directly onto the middle shelf of the oven for 15 MINUTES.

While you are cooking my pizza please do not open the oven door otherwise you will lose heat.

Set your oven to fan at 200°C / Gas Mark 6 and pre-heat for 10 minutes. Remove my pizza from all packaging and place directly onto the middle shelf of the oven for 15 Minutes. While you are cooking my pizza please do not open the oven door otherwise you will lose heat. The above instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do Not re-freeze after defrosting and never eat my pizza piping hot, let it rest for 1 minute out of the oven so you will appreciate the flavours of each ingredient.

This is the nicest frozen margherita pizza I've had. The buffalo mozzarella really makes a difference.

Fantastic just like the one's in Sorrento, I will definitely having this pizza again.

Absolutely delicious. Has a tasty Rich tomato sauce and fresh Basil leaves. Base is lovely and crisp and has a great taste. Personally I think it could do with bit more mozzarella but I really enjoyed this pizza. Prob one of the nicest frozen pizzas I've ever had

One of the best if not the best frozen pizza ranges there is at the moment. Full of flavour and good range of ingredients, if served in a restaurant you would pay a lot more. A must!

This is real Italian Pizza.It does taste different to what some people might expect because they have not eaten this style of pizza before.Real taste ,real flavour.I love it.

Really enjoyed this, more of a traditional style so not overloaded with topping, it has a lovely flavour and a nice dough.

As good as many restaurant pizzas. Makes an ideal base to add your own extra toppings if you wish.

This is REAL pizza! None of that Americanised rubbish sold in supermarkets in the UK. It brought back memories of an Italian holiday of many years ago. It is absolutely delicious. Only discovered it during lockdown. I hadn’t looked in store before because I didn’t expect to find any really authentic pizzas. I hesitated before reviewing - in case they sell out!

It was chewy and cardboard the base ....the tomato was wasn’t nice and cheese very little expected it to be like a bought pizza but it was actually more like dried out bread with tomato on and specks of cheese

yuck!! I do like sweet tasting tomatoes but these taste like wet cold tea bags- had to bin it.
