Gino D'Acampo Italian Tomatoes & Roasted Garlic Flatbread

Serves 2 as a starter

My flatbread is perfect for sharing or to accompany any of your favourite starters. Topped with sweet tomato sauce, roasted garlic, oregano and extra virgin olive oil

I grew up in Naples, the birthplace of the iconic pizza. As a young boy I learned the art of making pizza from my grandmother, Nonna Flora. 30 years on, using the same methods and ingredients, I am proud to have created a range of pizzas, all made in Italy for you to enjoy at home just like my family do......Buon Appetito

My promise... all my frozen meals are made using natural ingredients and are free from artificial colours and flavourings. Real Italian food you can trust.

Excellent

Very bland and dry I do not recommend.

Just very poor taste and quaity

Trying to be slightly healthier, so instead of a takeaway pizza, I topped with fresh roasted veggies and goats cheese. Yum! Very garlicky and delicious.

Really surprised Gino d'Acampo actually puts his name to this, its really poor. The base is rock hard, and the sauce was completely tasteless, very disappointed. Big supermarkets brand own garlic flatbreads are much nicer. Something seriously has gone wrong between Gino's original recipe and this end result.

very tasty good for sharing would recommend, very authentic taste. Close your eyes and pretend you are in Rome!

I enjoyed this. You have to be careful not to overcook it or the base gets a bit hard. I start from a cold oven; seems to work.

Has Gino actually tasted this before putting his name to it? Looks lovely on the packaging but the reality is a different matter! The base is so hard and dry that its difficult to chew. And the topping, well it just has the taste and texture of tomato puree. Nothing special at all. In fact, it's bad!

Superb. Crispy round edges. The tomato and garlic mix is very very nice. The best frozen garlic bread I've had. It is thin, it is stonebaked, says all this on the box. 14 minutes in oven and tasty goodness.

Was really disappointed after reading the positive reviews and having bought and enjoyed the Gino D’acampo pizzas. 1, the base was not particularly tasty it was too dry, with a stale taste and crisp bordering on hard, it burnt around the edges after following the cooking instructions on packet. The tomato sauce was acidic tasting. Would not buy again.
