I have added this to my last two orders & have been very pleased with its quality & durability. Cooked up the remainder of an opened bag from the fridge, dated 28 April today (12/5). Few bruised leaves but no liquid in bag, wilted it down, stirred in spoon of Greek yoghurt, nutmeg & black pepper. Yummy

Decomposes far too quickly into mush

Quite often turns up with some mushy leaves in there.
