How to cook

Cooking Instructions General

This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.


Deep Fry From Frozen

Pre-heat oil. Lower fillets gently into the oil. When cooked place fillets on kitchen paper to drain prior to serving. 180°C, 350°F, 7 mins


Grill From Frozen

Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Turn occasionally. 18-22 mins


Oven cook From Frozen

Pre-heat oven. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven. 210°C, Fan 190°C, Gas 6, 20-25 mins
