How to cook

Oven cook From Frozen

This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fishcakes are piping hot before serving.

These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fishcakes. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.

Pre-heat oven. Place the fishcakes on a pre-heated baking tray and cook in the top shelf of the oven for the time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.

200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30-35 mins
