How to cook
Microwave From Frozen
Microwave, take 1 packaging out of the steam basket, do not remove or open the foil. Heat up in microwave at 750 watt for 2 min.
Steam From Frozen
Steaming, remove the wrapping and soak the steam basket in water (1 hour) at first use. Remove the foil and place 1 container in the steam basket or take the dim sum from the packaging and place it on a vegetable leaf (or baking paper) in the steam basket. Steam above boiling water for about 12 min.

Totally magnificent. Prefer steaming to microwaving. New addiction! Good value as retain basket which is useable and dishwasher proof
