How to cook

Oven cook From Chilled

All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Adjust times according to oven type. For best results refer to manufacturer's handbook. Hot Fan Oven, 25-30 minutes, 180ºC, gas mark 6. Regular Oven, 30 minutes, 200ºC, gas mark 7. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Leave sachet of sauce to the side for use later. Place Pulled Pork in an oven proof dish. Place product in middle shelf of the oven. Cook product for the required time. Remove pork from oven and pour off any juice. Use two forks pull apart the pork. Pour sachet of sauce over and cook in the oven for a further 5 mins. Serve immediately. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
