How to cook

Cooking Instructions General

Grill From Chilled

Medium Heat: Place under a preheated oven grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

Oven cook From Chilled

Place on a baking tray in centre of a preheated oven, at 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas 5 for 30-40 minutes.

Shallow Fry From Chilled

Shallow fry in a little oil for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.
