There is a variance of quality some very good others just drinkable but at this price I guess what do we expect. I hope that this vintage 2015 will soon change to the 2016 and with it the consistency . I will continue to buy it as there are more good ones than poor ones

This excellent Rioja continues to excite me with its consistent delicious fruity quality.Even more surprising as this Crianza is up to Reserve quality. The bouquets ,depth of colour and length defies its cost. Make sure you purchase the 2015 Vintage.

I was more than surprised to find such an excellent Viejo Crianza on the wine shelf. Well up to Reserva quality. On opening one immediately senses the beautiful fruity bouquet on the nose as the beautiful deep purple wine bits the glass. The burst of blackcurrents, vanilla and spice burst in the mouth at the first taste. Telemetry of fruity flavours of just the right level, rich yet not overpowering, and the length is more surprising for a crianza. This wine will pay down with the correct storage conditions for easily 5 years of you are able to stop yourself drinking it all now as it is already drinking wonderfully,But I believe it is still hiding a few more exciting rewards. Not to be missed! Enjoy but make sure it's the 2015 VINTAGE
